Mr. McGee is the author of “Leadership Lessons Inspired By A Six Year Old.” This book correlates the lessons of raising children to properly raising a team in the workplace.

After the presentation there will be time for Q&A and attendees will have the opportunity to win the book.

He is a leadership consultant and also the President of the CT HDI Chapter, a professional association and certification body for the technical service and support industry. He is Six Sigma Black Belt Certified. He has over 16 years of experience in the I.T. industry for leading corporate, financial and educational organizations. He has held various positions as a technical trainer, I.T. analyst, website developer, manager and desktop support technician. He lives in Connecticut with his wife and three children.
